Start Your Day Right – Morning Exercise Routine

Do you feel so weak when the day ends? Do you feel that your energy is inadequate throughout the day? This must have something to do with your mornings. If you want to start your day right, you should do a morning exercise routine for at least 30 minutes before going out to your school or workplace.

You might ask what exercises you should do and what how can these help you start a wonderful day. Well, we gave that a thought in advance and we are going to tell you exactly what you want to know. Here are some ways where you can easily do morning routines without taking too much of your time and energy for a whole day. Remember, it is advised that you take 30 minutes of your day and allot it for exercise.

First of all, when you wake up, don’t rush into standing because you might get dizzy and fall (and suffer injuries – tsk, tsk). When your body remains in a resting position, your blood circulation also becomes slow. The rapid changing from a resting position to standing position makes your blood pressure drop and you will feel dizzy all of a sudden. In technical terms, this is called orthostatic hypotension or the drop of blood pressure due to a rapid change in position.

We all know that exercise (at a recommended 30 minutes/day schedule) helps the body burn calories and make the heart healthier. There are a lot of types of exercise that targets certain body parts and we are all aware of what benefits we are will experience by doing that. However, there are more benefits that we can have when we effort to have a dose of daily exercise and some of them are even not in the textbooks or informative write-ups that we have read since we were kids.
